RC King Hobbies Shipping Info: SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
Returns This document provides you with the correct procedures for claiming your warranty, your rights as a customer to return a product and also governs the rules for these procedures. Please read them carefully and completely before purchasing goods from RC King Hobbies or attempting to make a warranty claim. Read all instruction manuals before installing, testing & using your goods. Returning Merchandise You may only return goods for a full refund or request a refund within 5 business days of receiving your order providing all of the guidelines set out in this document have been met. If you wish to know anymore about RC King Hobbies warranty & return procedures please email us with your enquiries. Goods Returned For Credit Or Repair & Restocking Charges As more than 90% of all goods returned are found to be in working condition, we are forced to charge a minimum of $20.00AUD inc GST per hour (minimum one hour) for testing and returning non-faulty goods. These shipping cost are to be paid by the customer. We will not accept COD shipping and goods will not be accepted. Restocking charges are catered for under ACCC guidelines for refunds of goods under warranty claims. Warranty It is IMPORTANT to contact RC King Hobbies immediately if you believe that an item is defective in any way and you believe a warranty claim needs to be carried out. Turnaround time for warranty claims largely depend on manufacturers or distributors response and availability of products. We will try our best to speed up the process. Please understand the time involved for a warranty claim will include: On a estimate you can expect this process to take anywhere from 5 working days to more than Four weeks. Shipping Once we receive and confirm your payment we will set your product status to Sent or Payment Received. Once your product status is set to sent or payment received it will be shipped directly to you.
To check your order status Click Order History from he user menu on the left hand side of the website. If your product is lost / damaged while in post please contact us immediately RC King Hobbies do offer a product insurance option, this option is on most products and will cover any damages received through post. If you do not select product shipping insurance you will not get a replacement or a refund. All Shipments are through Australia Post, if you would like a custom shipment made up or a bulk shipment please contact our sales staff at the contact page. RC King Hobbies sends packages via accredited and nationally recognised carriers Australian Post (Australian Air Express) & Couriers Please. We do not accept COD. We do not deliver to PO BOX numbers. At this present time we only accept international orders if your payment is made via Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit. If you are an international customer please email us and wait to be contacted with an exact charge for shipping and total order cost. International customers are accountable for any import taxes they may be required to pay upon receiving goods.
